1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name and email address when you sign up.
• Lead data: the contact details and requirement text submitted by businesses through freesoftwarex.com's enquiry forms, which we list for buyers to unlock.
• Payment records: a reference to each successful payment (Razorpay order ID, payment ID, amount) — we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.

2. How We Use It

Account information is used to run your login and unlock history. Lead data is shown to buyers, in masked form until unlocked, so genuine inquiries can be followed up on. Payment references are used to confirm and record each unlock.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card/UPI/bank details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout and never pass through or get stored on our servers.

4. Who Sees Lead Contact Data

A lead's full name, phone, and email are only revealed to a buyer after that specific buyer pays to unlock it. Before unlocking, contact details are shown in masked form to every browsing user.

5. Data Retention

Lead and account records are retained as part of our operational history and audit trail (including for payment/refund purposes) and are not deleted on request, in the same way a completed transaction record is normally kept.

6. Your Rights

You can update your account details any time from Profile Settings. For any other privacy request, contact us using the details below.
